Take My Money Now!

Hi everybody! Well last night was a busy night here in my living room (and the country I suppose). Last night was election night in Canada, the Toronto Blue Jays won game three of the ALCS, I won my fantasy football match (take that Jayme!), there was a Monday Night Football game, and yes the full length Star Wars The Force Awakens trailer was released!

This of course will be the focus of this blog post. So I've watched this trailer about a dozen times now and I'll tell you as a promotional tool this trailer succeeds because I need to see this film! Where it fails however is giving me the teasers that I oh so desperately hoped for. This trailer tells me nothing about the story, and reveals perhaps even less then the original two teaser trailers of what kind of film this is going to be. I suppose I'll just have to be patient...

This trailer does have a few payoffs. One, we get to see more Han Solo, including him sharing a loving embrace with Leia. Two, I love a some classic music cues courtesy of musical genius John Williams. The big payoff of course is that tickets are now available. Do you have yours?
